Refund Policy

I strive to have your experience with my services be a successful one that meets your needs. However, life happens, below is my refund policy

​

• If you purchased a package or a single session but have not used it, a full refund will be given if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and more than 24 hours before the scheduled session. Refunds outside of 7 days will incur a 10% administration fee off the total amount.

• Cancellations within 24 hrs of the scheduled appointment time will be refunded at 50% the cost of a single session

​​

• If you have purchased a package and started the program, refund requests must be made within 48hours of the last attended session. The refund will be for the remaining sessions only. 

​​

• Single sessions that have already been completed are not eligible for a refund.
